2013
-The first Kingdom Hearts III trailer is shown off at the E3 Sony Conference.
-Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix is released for PlayStation 3 on March 14, 2013.
-Kingdom Hearts X is released for Japanese browsers on July 18, 2013.
-YouTuber Skywardwing begins a series of Let’s Plays called the Road to Kingdom Hearts III, where he plays all of the games leading to Kingdom Hearts III, on September 10, 2013.
2014:
-The first trailer for Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix is shown off at E3 and is posted on YouTube.
-Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix is released for PlayStation 3 on October 2, 2014 for Japan and December 2, 2014 for North America.
2015
– Square Enix announces that Kingdom Hearts X[chi] had been remade for Android and iOS platforms titled Kingdom Hearts Unchained X on May 15, 2015.
-At Jump Festa 2015, Square announces the reveal of Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue
2016
– At E3, Square Enix releases a new Kingdom Hearts 2.8 trailer which schedules the release date of December 2016 worldwide.
– Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue is delayed to early 2017.
2017
-Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue is released for the PS4 on January 12, 2017 for Japanese release and January 24, 2017 for international release.
– D23 Expo Japan releases the Toy Story world trailer for Kingdom Hearts III revealing the planned release date for 2018.
2018
– D23 Expo Japan releases a Kingdom Hearts III trailer showcasing the gameplay of the Monsters Inc. world.
– The release date for Kingdom Hearts III gets delayed to January 2019 due to the release of Final Fantasy XV.
